Arrival
Prior to guest arrival, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver, vehicle and waiting area information. on the day of guest arrival, Driver will be waiting at pre-arranged area near Luggage Claim, Driver will also be contacting Guest by cellphone as needed to verbally guide them to the waiting area, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to Hotel.

Departure
Prior to guest departure, one of our friendly staff will be contacting guest to inform Driver and vehicle information as well as confirming departure time, on the day of guest departure, Driver will be arriving early and wait at Hotel entrance, or Hotel designated pickup location, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to the Airport.
